Dubai Marina LOOP Yacht Rental - Terms & Conditions

  • Full day booking without overstay is considered from 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM with 3 Hours running engine (sailing time) while if with overstay, it is considered from 2:00 PM until 11:00 AM with 4 Hours running Engine time (sailing time) and considered the same if booked for multiple days, not more than 6 days.
  • Full week booking without overstay is considered from 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM x 7 days with 3 Hours running engine (sailing time) per day and if with overstay, it is considered from 2:00 PM on the booking start date until 11:00 AM on the booking end date with 4 Hours running Engine time (sailing time) per day.
  • Full Month booking without overstay is considered from 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM x 30 days with 3 Hours running engine (sailing time) per day and if with overstay, it is considered from 2:00 PM on the booking start date until 11:00 AM on the booking end date with 4 Hours running Engine time (sailing time) per day.
  • Each additional running engine hour (sailing time) outside the availed package will cost 1,050 AED to be calculated by the trip Captain and charged in full to the Rentee at the time of booking handover.
  • A 25% of the total booking value is kept as a security deposit against any damage caused by the Rentee or any of his/her guests to the yacht , additional sailing time or cancellation charges while in case non of the above is applicable at the day of inspection (handover/trip end date), the security deposit will be refunded in full by the Renter to the Rentee within 5 business days from the booking end date.
  • The Rentee has the right to cancel the reservation 96 hours prior to the reservation/booking date by a written notice to the Renter to qualify for a full refund or ability to reschedule (subject to availability).
  • In case the booking is confirmed and there was “NO SHOW”/wanted to cancel the booking within less than 96 hours prior to the booking, the 25% security deposit will be charged in full and the remaining amount “booking fee” can be refunded or used for another booking on another day (subject to the availability) and in case such, a 25% fresh security deposit to be paid in order to confirm the new booking.
  • The Renter does not hold any liability or responsibility over death, injury, disability or any loss occurred during the rental period and that they understand that this agreement may impact their rights and responsibilities in the event of aforementioned terms to Loop Yacht Rental LLC.
  • All guests are required by law to bring and original identification document and provide the captain with their respective contact numbers and UAE address. Tourists are required to bring onboard their original Passports while UAE Residents can bring original passports or Emirates ID. Failure of compliance may lead to trip delay or termination of the trip and in case of termination, the 25% charged security deposit is non-refundable.
  • The Rentee and his/her guests is required to have atleast a valid passport or holding a valid Emirates ID prior booking. He/she needs to be in a good mental and health state which fulfills and complies with the UAE laws.
  • The Rentee agrees to cooperate in providing renter all information necessary to confirm their Eligibility. The renter reserves the right to request additional information, at any time. The renter reserves itself the right to reject a Rentee at its own discretion.
  • By renting Loop Yacht Rental LLC’s yacht the rentee and passengers requires maintaining safety precautions during the sailing period and Loop Yacht Rental LLC’s Rental LLC, from time to time, may check potential risk that may endanger passengers and crew members during the sailing period and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate this Agreement and the trip. In addition, the renter may at any time require Rentees to demonstrate utmost safety precautions and abide in accordance to the laws of the United Arab Emirates and neighboring GCC countries.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any booking made. In the event of a cancellation, due to inclement weather conditions, mechanical failure, satisfactory upgrade, maintenance and any government imposed restrictions. due to inclement weather
  • The Rentee and his/her guests is required to have atleast a valid passport or holding a valid Emirates ID prior booking. He/she needs to be in a good mental and health state which fulfills and complies with the UAE laws.
  • Final numbers for guests must be confirmed the night before & may not be exceeded on the trip commencement day
  • There will be a fixed 25% of the total booking amount whichever is higher for any unused reservation.
  • The rentee is solely responsible if the Renter loses any of the yacht’s assigned property including a furniture and fixtures, internal and external facades of the yacht. In the event that any yacht’s assigned property is lost rentee shall pay the full amount for such property as determined by from time to time and pursuant to the damages portion of the fees. Renter will not take the responsibility or liability of any lost personal belongings or items of the rentee or his/her guests.
  • Any costs, fines, damages or otherwise caused expenses through not adhering the points mentioned here will be charged to the account of the Renter and payable with immediate effect through the credit card or deducted from the paid security deposit.
  • The Rentee and his/her guests shall NOT:
    1. Remove Life jackets after unless otherwise instructed by the captain, crew or coast guard if deem necessary and safe to do so & issues a weather warning.
    2. Swim after sunset and swimming more than three meters from the yacht and is prohibited by the UAE Coastguard.
    3. Jumping off the yacht while sailing or at anchor is not permitted & will result in the trip and contract being terminated.
    4. Permit or contract to participate in Jet Ski or other water toy activity run by a third party during the trip unless otherwise booked with through the renter. This is to ensure safety and safeguard insurance agreements with our service partners.
    5. Allow children under the ages of 10 years to swim without adult supervision and must wear a life jacket while in the water & out on deck
    6. Swim during restricted timing as instructed by the captain or crew members.
    7. Engage in any distracting activity prohibited by applicable laws, rules, or regulations.
    8. Use the yacht to transport individuals as part of a commercial business.
    9. Use the yacht to transport flammable, poisonous, or otherwise dangerous goods or any household use and in amounts greater than what is usually consumed in a household.
    10. Transport objects with the yacht that could—due to their size, shape or weight—adversely impact the yacht’s handling safety or damage the interior of the yacht.
    11. Use the yacht in the commission of a crime.
    12. With the exception of a guide animal accompanying a Rentee or passenger with a disability or a pet of a Rentee (which guide animal or pet must be stored in an airline-approved animal carrier), take animals into the yacht.
    13. Excessively soil on the yacht and its interior or leave trash of any kind in the yacht.
    14. Littering in open water is prohibited and subject to fines and punishable under UAE law.
    15. Removal of objects that are attached to the yacht or form part of the yacht’s equipment.
    16. Use the yacht in an imprudent, negligent, or abusive manner, or in any other manner deemed inappropriate by , in its sole discretion.
    17. Use the yacht to carry persons or property for hire.
